The Comps-Events page is to keep you aware of all the special opportunities to dance and compete that come up during the year. Attending competitions and dance events is a fantastic way to improve your dance skills regardless if you wish to compete or not.  It's inspirational just to watch the competitors perform.  There are always workshops taught by highly qualified dancers and instructors - many of them competitors in their own right. There is nearly always a lot of social dancing.  This is a great way to meet people from all over world that you have something in common with.
