Step 2 Dance Studio sells instructional DVDs for various dances at a
cost of 2 for $20!
We accept
cash, checks, or money orders.
Procedure
for cash - deliver the cash in person (DO NOT send cash in
the mail). You pay cost of purchase plus postage (we pay sales
tax). Your purchase is delivered immediately.

Procedure
for money order or check - deliver the money order by U.S. mail or in
person. You pay cost of purchase plus tax only (handling fee and
postage applies only if DVDs are mailed). After a delay of ten
business days to clear the money order or check with our bank, your purchase is mailed or delivered.

DVD videos
are returnable only if unopened. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for
the exact same item only.
Replacement
DVDs <Return>
If you have
a DVD that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our
best to help you or make arrangements to replace the product. For more

to allow us to assist you with these problems.
In order to
receive a replacement for returned DVD, you must place a new order.
2step2.net must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping
any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as
your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your
credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and
